The Favors for Neighbors committee (formerly Hearts & Flowers) organizes volunteers to deliver meals to member families in times of need. When you've just had a new baby, a family member is sick, or you're unpacking from a move, the last thing you want to worry about is getting dinner on the table. Our volunteers have made over 130 meals for our fellow members in the last year. Being a gourmet cook is not required - even takeout is truly appreciated!

When the coordinator hears of an event (new baby, sick family member or a new neighbor to welcome to Winchester) she sends an email to the volunteer list. Anyone who has time can sign up for a date that works for them.
