NOTICE OF RELEASE FROM LIABILITY

As you know, the Winchester Neighbors Club is a non-profit organization run strictly by volunteers. All of the club's events are made possible due to the gracious volunteerism of our members. In that regard, we are asking our members to agree to the following release from liability clause so that we can continue to enjoy these wonderful gatherings which often take place in the homes of our members.

When you hit submit, you shall indemnify and hold harmless the Officers, Committee Members and hosts of the Winchester Neighbors' Club (the "Club") and their agents from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses including attorneys' fees arising out of or resulting from WNC sponsored charitable and social events, provided that any such claim, damage, loss or expense (1) is attributable to bodily injury, sickness, disease or death, or to injury to or destruction of tangible property including the loss of use resulting therefrom, and (2) is caused in whole or in part by any negligent act or omission of the Officers, Committee Members or any other Members of the Club, or anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable, regardless of whether or not it is caused in part by a party indemnified hereunder.
